Living networks Sp. z o.o. from Warsaw is implementing a project entitled “Development of startups through the ‘Deeptech Accelerator’ – an acceleration program run by the Podkarpackie Innovation Center”, under the European Funds for a Modern Economy 2021–2027, Priority II – Innovation-friendly environment, Measure 2.28 Startup Booster Poland – Grant Agreement 49/III/FENG/PCI/2026.
Project tasks:
Development of Living Networks’s technology through substantive, technological, and business support, enabling product refinement and preparation for scale-up, including the development of a multi-well platform and software for drug testing and data analysis using vascularized microtissue technology.
Improvement of the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and preparation for market launch.
Target group:
Biotech and pharma companies developing new anticancer drugs.
Contract research organizations (CROs) specialized in preclinical drug development services.
Hospitals, cancer institutes and other public health organizations.
Research groups focusing on oncology and drug development (universities and other academic institutions).
Project goals:
To create a multi-well platform for microtissue culture and dedicated image analysis software for precise oncology drug testing.
To refine the current MVP into a fully functional product and introduce it to the pharmaceutical, biotech, and research markets.
Effects and outcomes:
Development and validation of a multi-well plate prototype for culturing vascularized microtissue matrices enabling technology scaling up and market entry.
Development of a new software module for microscopic image analysis dedicated to the analysis of cancer cell proliferation and their affinity for blood vessels, user interface development.
